Marvina Bloomfield Promoted to Principal
Lansing, MI—The local CPA and business advisory firm of Maner Costerisan is pleased to announce that Marvina S. Bloomfield, CPA has been promoted to principal effective January 1, 2010.
“Over the years, Marvina has developed into a fine leader of our firm, and we feel she is an ideal candidate to serve as principal of Maner Costerisan,” says Bruce J. Bloomfield joined Maner Costerisan in 1999. In her current role in the firm’s tax department, she specializes in services for nonprofit organizations. Marvina is Maner Costerisan’s go-to professional for nonprofit tax issues and Form 990 preparation and reporting. She also provides income tax reporting services to a wide variety of individuals and small businesses.
Bloomfield is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting in 1991. She also earned an Associate’s degree in business from Lansing Community College in 1988. Bloomfield is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Kiwanis Club of Delta Township and Antioch Cares Community Development Center. She currently resides in Lansing.
