Maner Costerisan was recently named one of Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For in 2020. The 100 accounting firms recognized with the honor were chosen as a part of a nationwide search by Accounting Today in partnership with Best Companies Group for creating a quality workplace for employees, as well as benefiting the economy, their workforce and business. Maner Costerisan has been named to the list for five consecutive years.

Our dedication to producing the best quality of work for our clients and positively contributing to the community is grounded in our commitment to our people.” Firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This was worth approximately a quarter of the total evaluation. The second part of the process, worth 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
